These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Hockey Positioning Mobile Application and any associated services provided by Hockey Positioning. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the App.

By accessing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Account Registration

• To access and use the app's features, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

• By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App.
• You agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

 

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any content obtained from the App
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.
